This is specifically designed for larger palletised orders, allowing you to reduce the total freight cost by arranging collection directly from one of our conveniently located depots.

How it works:

1. Contact our customer service team with your order and preferred depot location for delivery. DO NOT process your order through the website as the freight charge applied will be calculated on delivery to your home.
2. Our team will process your order over the phone, processing payment by credit card, or sending you an invoice for bank transfer payment.
3. When your order is dispatched you will receive email confirmation of your shipment with tracking number to your selected depot location.
4. The depot will contact you directly when your goods arrive.
5. You will need to arrange collection within 3 days of your goods arriving at the depot.
