Customer Service


All orders will be processed on the first working day after receipt of the order and sent to our 3PL warehouse for pick, pack and dispatch. Delivery timeframes will be dependent on the makeup of your order and your delivery location. As a general guide you should receive your product(s) at your nominated delivery address within 3-5 working days of placing your order.

Unless otherwise stated, we hold stock of all products featured on this site although from time to time we may be between shipments when you place your order. If for any reason we are not able to supply the product you have ordered, or there will be a delay on supplying it, one of our customer service representatives will be in contact via phone or email to advise you.

Due to the bulk and/or weight of some of our products we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or most Island addresses. We can arrange delivery to rural addresses and some Island addresses, however as there are a number of variables around this, we may need to re-quote your freight depending on the product and your location. Don’t worry, if there is any change to the freight costs we will contact you to confirm prior to dispatch. If you have ordered a large or bulky item we strongly recommend that you are home to receive delivery of your order, we will request the carrier phone you prior to delivery.

It is very important that all orders are checked for accuracy and condition upon receipt. Any issues must be reported back to us within 48 hours of delivery. If there is any doubt as to the condition of goods, please note the details on the carriers con note prior to signing for receipt.

We only ship orders to New Zealand addresses. We do not accept international orders.

Return Policy

If the product received does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange for collection and correction of your order immediately.

If your product is not as you expect when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days. For goods to be credited, they will need to be delivered back to Achieve Fitness in the original condition and packaging. Freight charges on returns will be the responsibility of the buyer and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply. If you need assistance with the return of a bulky item, please contact us and one of our team will be happy to assist. 

Goods returned damaged or in lesser condition than when originally purchased (including the state of packaging) may be subject to additional fees to cover the cost of reinstating the goods to original condition.

Product Warranty

All product warranties are detailed in the individual product information and are against defective parts and workmanship. Goods which are proven to be defective within the stated warranty period of the date of invoice will be repaired or replaced free of charge upon the return of the goods to Bernsport. It may, on occasion, be necessary for goods to be delivered to a nominated warehouse or service centre at the buyer's expense. Repaired or replacement goods will be delivered to the buyer at Bernsport's expense if within the warranty period from the original invoiced purchase date. The warranty does not apply if damage is caused through improper use. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid invoice or acceptable proof of purchase.
